As i filter through my camera roll of memories made so far this year I am reminded of all the beautiful places and people in the world - a reminder of the goodness out there!

So… that being said, i am going to make it my mission to share as much goodness, nature, inspiration to keep on top of our mindset and health, funny random stuff to make you smile and mindful moments to help soothe that nervous system and maybe some crazy dance moves - because my god we all need it right now!

I’m back from my trip to India - this time, a lill retreat for myself to re-connect, reflect and explore the wilds of northern India and immerse in all things wellness and adventure

You see… investing in yourself (however that may look for you) is SO important - challenging yourself in new environments, meeting new people, being alone, traveling alone, being comfortable with being uncomfortable (in a controlled manner ;) all helps with creating strength and resilience within

The nervous system doesn’t just need softening

It also needs strengthening

It’s resilience and regulation united ✨

SO this is why i say yes

Yes to trying

Yes to living

Yes to learning

I mean… it’s pretty epic where this journey of life can take you when you just give it a go.
