📣MATCH REPORT📣
🐻AFC BEAR 0 - 6 ONE MAN & HIS DOG🐶

Another tough game for the Bears as we played another top side on One man and his Dog🫣
A solid first 30 again from the lads once again we had a few chances that didn’t end in a goal.
One man and his dog then took their chances to get them 3-0 up by halftime, a few mistakes at the back and midfield allowed them in more but Stand in Keeper Ant made some good saves to keep the scoreline down🧤
Half-Time 0-3
The second half was very much the same story as the first again the bears started strong and compact but gaps started appearing and they score 3 more. The last 15 was a lot more end to end with the Bear changing shape and pushing up more and creating a few more chances. Although the ball wouldn’t quite find the back of the net.😳
Another tough loss for the lads who now have a few weeks playing teams in and around themselves towards the lower end of the table and look to kick start their season👊👊

MOTM - Jov - relentless running and energy in the midfield as always, went off with ankle injury after being stood on😬 then came back on up top to try and hold the ball up and create chances🙌🏻🙌🏻

📣MATCH REPORT📣
🐻AFC BEAR 1 - 7 NEWHALL ARMS FC⬜️

Another tough loss for the lads this week. Again the Bears started strong and should have scored 2 within first 15-20 minutes. Never the less the game stood locked at 0-0 both sides having chances and both keepers being tested and making some good saves. With about 15 minutes in the first half left, the Bears defence switched off for a second and allowed Newhall a clear chance they couldn’t miss. Another 2 quick counters made it 3-0 before the halftime whistle.
HALF-TIME 3-0
The second half was a tough one. Newhall created many chances as due to a depleted squad with injuries and holidays our lads started to tire. However a lovely strike from winger Kallum gave us one goal back.
FINAL SCORE - NEWHALL 7 - 1 AFC BEAR

MOTM- Split between our young CB Kayne who made some amazing last ditch challenges along with winning majority of his headers and other duels, also MOTM was given to Kallum for his goal today and relentless running and tracking back👏👏

THE GAMES DON’T GET ANY EASIER AS WE GO AWAY TO HIGH FLYING ONE MAN AND HIS DOG THIS COMING SUNDAY LOOKING TO GET A RESULT AWAY FROM HOME👊👊
