Classes all on as normal now, we are going to open up some WhatsApp groups for the children's classes. This will help if we do again have to shut last minute for some reason and also to help arrange classes over the school holidays.
Although we are open thoughout the summer its way more benifical for the children in general if there are a few others in the class.
So please can you send me a contact number with the child/ children's name so I can add it to the relevant group.

Holidays for our children's classes this year.
Shut Monday 8th June we reopen Monday 15th June.

Shut Monday 29th June we reopen Monday 6th July.

Shut Monday 12th October we reopen Monday 26th October.

2 weeks at Christmas TBA.

Due to the on going rising costs we have no option other than to increase our prices.
Therefore as from May 2026 the cost will rise to £30 per month.
Those attending 2 classes per week will be £54.
3 or more family members still get the 3rd person at 1/2 price so for 3 people attending it would be £75 a month.

A quick reminder that we are shut today Friday 13th back open as normal next week.

2nd week of black belt training done.
1 hour of dragging each other up and down the mat followed by a 385 throw sequence. Will be some sore bodies for the next few days. 🥋👍

Merry Christmas and New year to all our students and their families
Our children's classes are now closed and reopen on January 12th. Adult classes reopen on the 6th. Have a great holiday.

An update, we are flying out know at 8pm tonight, so all things being equal tomorrow classes will resume as normal.

Sorry to tell all after hours of wait in airport they have cancelled our flight. Will not be back until tomorrow evening at the earliest. Have limited Internet here so please any one who can message any Monday students. Will do my utmost to try and make it up to anyone. Once again so sorry.
