Join us for a six-week Enhanced Mat Pilates workshop starting on Tuesday 16 April at Equilibrium Ketton — Open to members and non-members book via the Equilibrium App. Sessions will be every Tuesday at 12:00 for the six week period.
This series will incorporate a variety of equipment, including core sliders, resistance bands, pilates bars, rings, and balls, to amplify the benefits of mat pilates exercises.
