Thank you to everyone who came to an amazing Grim Reaper weekend🏃♂️🌞🥳.
Well done to everyone who tackled The Grim Reaper in scorching temperatures. We applaud you all, regardless of whether you made it to the finish line👊👏.
We can't thank you enough for all of the incredibly positive comments. We work really hard to put on the best event possible so to get positive comments makes it all worthwhile.
We would also like to thank our amazing army of volunteers: Karen Bean, Tracy, Dave Cole, Carole, Sarah, Beverley Wheat, Matt, Erin, Lorraine Cunningham and Marilyn. Plus, our amazing timing company - JC Race Solutions - and superb medics from Challenge Running Ltd. And last, but certainly not least, the incredible Grimsthorpe Castle estate. We hope to be back in 2027 and beyond.
We have to make special mention to vdub Vibes who provided the entertainment at mile 7.5🕺. They were awesome.
We'll upload loads of pictures over the coming days but for this afternoon the plan is beer🍺 , wine 🥂, food and sleep 😴 .
