Mid week recap 🫡 Legs Monday, Back Tuesday, Push Wednesday 😅 Half way there - 3 down, 2 to go. Weekend away meant nutrition took a hit, trying to get back on that dang hamster wheel! I’ll get there. I got goals 👊🏻

Glutes dayyy. Good lil sesh, buns officially on fire 😆 and Wednesday was a push sesh. Only 4 workouts this week as I’m in London for the weekend 🤩 Glad to have made it through the week. Hoping the amount of steps I’ll be doing over the weekend will help counteract all the food 😂 but hey, back to the grind Monday! Whats the point in working hard if you can’t play hard 👊🏻 🍑 #tgif

Late post but getting it done. Having to combine 3 upper sessions into 2 due to time constraints this week. Was Back & tri on Monday, legs & hammies today 🤢 Going away this weekend so I feel like I’m dragging myself through this week! But you gotta get it done!! Nutrition has taken a hit over a few days. I keep scolding myself for not being on point but I guess that’s just living! But each day is a new day! So keeping my positive pants on 😜

Saturday morning cardio blast, Flex Friday arms and some Thursday Glutes! 🙌🏻 Got all my weights sessions in Monday through Friday and it wasn’t as bad as I thought it would be. Hormones been making this weeks nutrition falter a bit, along with all the other lovely side effects 🙄 but back on my game 👊🏻 Because if I’ve learnt anything on this journey so far, consistency is key 🔑

Today was back, yesterday was chest & tri. One of the many awesome things about working in a gym is you get to pick the brains of the people who have been in the game many years. was kind enough to give me some tips for my pec dec which was a complete game changer for me, and I even managed to cut down the time I was in the gym yet still achieved what I needed to do. .swann gave me tips today for how to approach my sets on back day and the pump I got was soooo good! I may have been lifting 3 years, but I’m always learning! Also excited to start a splits class tomorrow with the lovely .fitness - I don’t do anywhere near enough stretching so this will be a good thing for me (but I wouldn’t hold your breath for me to actually achieve the splits 😂) Lucky to be surrounded by complete legends 💪🏻

It’s the weekend!! Sweat it out Saturday in full effect, got my cardio done. Friday night cardio and Friday Glutes. One more sesh and that’s the week wrapped up. Felt a teeny bit leaner today. 2 weeks into my tidy up and I’m hoping I’m going in the right direction 😬 (last week I seemed to plateau, although I hadn’t done my cardio and was recovering from an illness) - it’s strange to be doing this without a coach, but I’m not prepping for a show, as this is just to see what I can achieve on my own. Weigh in weekly and I can tweak if need be. In theory I’ve learnt from past experience, but it’s still weird going it alone!

Yesterday was leg day 😩 STILL had frickin quad doms, but I did it anyway 🤪 Chickened out of the pendulum and opted for a barbell squat instead. Obviously a barbell squat is an awesome exercise, but my quads are flippin lazy, and I don’t have great knee flexion so my depth is never great, and I then don’t load up the weight because of this. Machines I can go heavier and will normally train to failure 😅 But I survived! Resting today but got in some cardio ✔️ And in homage to hump day my lil natty lift gains 🍑

Sunday was glutes - and it was not a funday at all! still suffering with insane quad doms, so it was just pure pain all workout 😩 I swear, I’m never ever taking a week off the gym again!!! 😂 Today was Back & Bi and a much more productive day 😅 Feeling much more normal and getting back up to my normal weights. Currently in a deficit calorie wise so the plan is to keep hitting what I can - but obviously always push for more 👊🏻

Happy flex Friday fam! Have been training - but was poorly at the end of last weekend so this weeks gym has been tough 😅 Feeling pretty weak, no cardio done (as yet) but nutrition completely on point all week! So hopefully full steam ahead next week 👊🏻 Have a great weekend!

Happy Easter! 🐣 Glutes was the Sunday funday job. Good sesh. Took a few recordings which I dumped on my story! Officially signing off the gym for a week as I’m off on a family holiday tomorrow! 🥰 I’ll post what I’m up to on my story no doubt - but forewarning it will be mostly food p**n 🤣 Have a great new week fam and I’ll see you when we’re back! 🫶🏻
