Last week we supported our local RAF Base with a stand at their Health and Wellbeing event.

Great attendance and participation including some wrestling, badminton and dead hang challenge which Bog Dog’s Laura actually won 💪🏻
We did some little taster Gait Analysis Sessions and took some samples of another local brand ‘Veloforte’. An absolutely brilliant day 💚

Did you race this weekend? If so show us your medal pictures 🥇

Bog Dog’s Laura was in action again at the East Coast Classic 10k which is a Lincolnshire Championship Race. Here are her thoughts on the race:

‘It was perfect weather and a quiet enough day on the promenade with lots of supporting public cheering us on.
An out and back course with a little sand and a few ups and downs but not bad for a PB course if there’s no wind like today.

To prove the point, I rocked up in box fresh New Balance SC Rebels and knocked 2 mins off my PB 🔥
And I snapped up 3rd Lincolnshire county ladies in my age group - we’ll let you guess the age group 😅.

A lovely medal and patch for the age category win.

A fairly small race, with plenty of polite folk and no pushing about. Plus you could indulge in a right good fish and chips lunch on finishing….what’s not to love?

And the Mayor was there to present medals to us - along with the Haven Mascot

Thanks to the hosts and Sublime Timing for a good event!’

Bog Dog’s Laura was at the Sawtry 10 on Sunday, here are her thoughts on this brilliant local race:

‘Medal Monday! Belated….. Off to Sawtry on Sunday I went.
One of my favourite club events as the Sawtry run group are such a lovely bunch of people. We support their event with our Marquee full of those ‘ooopsie daisy’ moments when you guys and girls realise you’ve forgotten your favourite gel. Or just want a new cap to keep the sun off yer bonce.

Was lovely to see lots of familiar, friendly faces there. It got a bit warm didn’t it! A lovely atmosphere as always and I ADORE those hills……😂
Matched a PB from 2 years ago - so not a bad day in the office.

It’s the Sawtry 10 this Sunday 💙

10 glorious undulating miles and one of the few local 10 mile races , the Sawtry 10 is a great challenge pre Great Eastern.

Ran by the brilliant team at Sawtry Running Club, Bog Dog’s Laura will be there to enjoy the event 🏃‍♀️🏃🏻‍♂️ and have the Marquee for those last minute race day essentials!!
