Standish Globe Runners Running Club

Our annual Easter Bunny charity run Sat 4th April. Thank you to everyone who contributed to our £919 raised for Together for Toby charity.

Here is a the photo of the community Pit Tub that Standish Globe Runners have adopted, planted and painted the Pit Tub and plough, the 💐 were funded through councellor Deborah Parkinson. Now looking glorious in full bloom. 😊

If you were out and about in Standish Saturday morning you may well have seen the Standish Globe Runners annual charity bunny run collection. A huge thank you to the people and businesses of Standish who contributed to the £233.85. This is being donated to the Wigan Mayor's charity where it will be split between Wigan and Leigh Hospice and TalkFirst.

Did anyone catch the annual Standish Globe Runners charity Santa Dash last Saturday. Thanks to the generosity of local businesses and shoppers we collected over £300 which is being split between Wigan and Leigh Hospice and TalkFirst. Merry Christmas 🎅 🎄

Club members out in force this morning supporting the Mental Elf Festive Fun Run in Leyland. Keep a look out as they are aiming to hit the streets of Standish in a couple of weeks time. 🎄🎅🤶

Standish Globe Runners raise £1,200 for local boy's treatment for Cerebral Palsy
