BIG WEEKEND OF RACING AHEAD..

Our super Spin Susan is taking on her first Aquabike this weekend over in Pendle. We can't wait to hear how she gets on and know she's going to do absolutely amazing!!

Some great running performances yesterday for the team.

Minnsy smashed the super hilly Ullswater 10km and came home with 2nd in AG 🥈

Vikki had a questionable training block into Manchester Half racing as an injured friend, but still put in a good stint and got a 2 hour 15 for her first dabble at the distance 👏

Jodie exceeded her goal of comfortably taking on her first 10km in Manchester, earning herself some nice bling 🎖️

All eyes on Bolton for this weekend!!!...

Solid training day over at Capernwray this morning 🐟

Swim, bike and run, getting everyone used to some race paces, tri structure and final questions before Bolton 70.3 for those that are competing 💪🏽

June is our Members Month 🧡

The month starts with our bring a friend for free week next week 👋🏽

Then we’ve got a couple weekends of racing 💨

And we’re ending the month with our big team battle and drinks, followed by a social bike ride (number of diff distances) just to get everyone ready for those summer hols ☀️

MEDAL MONDAY!

The biggest of kudos goes to Allan Taylor for beating the island that is Lanzarote this weekend.

Super tough, hot and brutal conditions, but he left it all out there and showed true mental resilience which we're all so proud of.

Time to enjoy your holiday with Victoria and Rose now, We hear that treating them to a day of IronMan supporting wasn't enough, so Allan's treating them to the zoo today :p

We also had the Perry's also doing some racing abroad!!! 😱 a little off piste 10km whilst in Skiathos, that's our kind of holidaying! LOVE to see it! Well done to both Richard and Emma, wonder what other races they may find whilst away 👀

Last up we had the secret runners booking onto the Run for the 97 5km in Liverpool, well done to Jodie and Julie! Next up for those two is the IronMan 5km, let's go!
