📸 A look back at yesterday's SGK Summer Camp! 🧤⚽

What a day it was!

The weather certainly didn't make life easy, but all 14 keepers turned up with brilliant attitudes and embraced every minute of it. From the youngest to the oldest, the effort, energy and willingness to learn throughout the day were outstanding. 👏🌧️

The day was packed with technical goalkeeping sessions, giving every keeper plenty of opportunities to develop different areas of their game, before finishing with our always-popular Keeper Wars tournaments to round off the camp in style! 🏆

A quick apology if you don't spot yourself in these photos, or if certain parts of the day aren't included. The camera could only come out during the few gaps between the rain showers, so we had to make the most of the dry spells and couldn't capture everything.

The weather certainly wasn’t on our side, but it didn’t stop a single one of you. The effort, attitude and energy shown throughout the day were absolutely outstanding, and every keeper embraced the conditions and worked incredibly hard from start to finish. 🌧️💪

I genuinely couldn’t separate these two! Both showed fantastic attitudes and effort throughout the entire day. They constantly helped others by providing quality service during drills, offered encouragement and listened to coaching points. Group sessions are about helping each other improve, and these two set the standard all day.

🧤 Macca’s Player of the Day: Levi

Levi attended his first SGK camp today and, despite being one of the youngest there, gave absolutely everything in every session. His effort, enthusiasm and willingness to learn never dropped all day. A brilliant first camp!

Our 90-minute age-specific sessions continue to be a huge success, with training tailored specifically to each age group to maximise development in a competitive but enjoyable environment.
