The HCT is designed to test your stamina, muscular endurance and overall work capacity.

The HCT is built to mirror the exact demands of a HYROX race.

The test includes;
4 Stations with 5 movements that all have direct race carryover.

THIS IS A CHANCE TO GET YOUR HYROX SCORE AND PLAN YOUR TRAINING SCHEDULE!

The test scores each movement from 0 to 100, with each contributing to an overall HYROX score. Your HYROX score can give you a projected HYROX race finish time.
