Our mixed U8/9s squad were invited to a brilliant tournament during February half term by our good friends & at the new Nike X Palace SE17 centre 🔥⚽️🛹

Street football format: 4v4, no goalkeepers, no throw-ins — just pure football.

The boys had an absolute blast and loved every minute of it. Great vibes, great football, and an amazing environment for the kids to express themselves 🙌

U12s Millwall Academy Tournament WINNERS 🏆🟡⚫️

Our U12s were invited to the training ground to compete in a tournament against some top grassroots teams — and the boys delivered.

📊 Tournament Record:4 Wins | 1 Draw | 0 Losses

After a tough semi-final that went to penalties, the team held their nerve to book a place in the final — finishing the day in style with a 3–0 win to be crowed champions.

Several players caught the attention of academy representatives, and the whole squad has now been invited back to face the Millwall U12 Academy side. An incredible opportunity for the boys.

This group continues to make a name for themselves. The hard work continues as we push toward finishing the season with more silverware and prepare for our international summer tour. ✈️⚽️

🏆🎉 U12s CSA February Half-Term Tournament Winners 🟡⚫️

An amazing day for our U12s!

Up against top competition in the CSA tournament, the boys dominated throughout the day — drawing just one game and winning every match on the way to the final. Two fantastic goals sealed the victory, with several players catching the attention of representatives from professional clubs.

It was a clean sweep of trophies as well:
⚽️ Our striker won the Golden Boot
🏅 Our captain was named MVP
🧤 Our goalkeeper took home the Goalkeeper Award

We are incredibly proud of this group of boys. Today was a true testament to how hard they have all been working and the progress they continue to make together. 👏

U10s CSA FEBRUARY HALF TERM TOURNAMENT ⚽️🟡⚫️

Great to see our U10s in action over the half term in a very competitive tournament featuring some top teams south of the river. The boys finished top of the group and were unlucky to lose 1–0 in the semi-finals.

A fantastic experience overall with plenty of positives to take forward 👏

A brilliant day at Whittington Park as our U8s, U10s & U12s were all in action — a rare occasion with teams usually competing in different leagues.

Wins across all age groups with fantastic football, teamwork, and effort on display. Proud to see our players continuing to develop both on and off the pitch!

Desire FC U12s – Season 2025/26 🟡⚫️

Although we still have a few games to play, with the League Cup and our summer tour to Paris 🇫🇷 ☀️ just around the corner, I wanted to take a moment to congratulate our U12s on an outstanding first official competitive season.

Across 25+ games in all competitions, the boys have suffered just three losses—a phenomenal achievement. We reached the fourth round of the London Cup 🏆, narrowly missing out on a semi-final place after a penalty shootout defeat to a very strong

Multiple players have been sent on trials with professional clubs, highlighting the quality and potential within this group. Today, we narrowly missed out on the title, finishing runners-up to an extremely talented

This has been a season to be incredibly proud of. A special group of boys with huge potential, great character, and a bright future ahead. We’re excited to see what the next chapter holds for this team.

ACADEMY GRADUATE – LASHAUN JOHNSON ✍️⚽️🎉

Congratulations on 5 incredible years with 👏

Lashaun joined us as a U7 and quickly caught the attention of Premier League academies. A strong, explosive attacking player with a real hunger for goals.

He put pen to paper with Spurs at U9, but has always remained close to our club and our Founder/Director Noah — regularly returning during time off to train, play, and complete 1:1 sessions focused on developing key areas of his game.

The future looks extremely bright for Lashaun ✨
A fantastic role model for the next generation coming through our programme.
