High arm knee to elbow plank tonight. Keep your core tight and squeeze your glutes to give you a stronger base. Bring your knee to your elbow and hold it briefly and alternate. 30 reps and then stretch.
You have two choices. Either throw in the towel or use it to wipe your sweat. With the heat wave coming in this week it is important that we do not stop and continue working out hardest. Push yourself further than you can think because I know you can do it!
