North Central Herts School of Dance is based in Stevenage and Welwyn Garden City, Hertfordshire. The school offers classes in ISTD ballet, modern , tap and jazz, in which exams are taken regularly.Classes are held throughout the week for children aged 3+ and all abilities. The school holds bi-annual shows for all pupils at The Gordon Craig Theatre in Stevenage, and also performances at top venues including Her Majesty's Theatre and The Royal Abert Hall (West End) and Disneyland.

The first week back in September is always a little bittersweet 🥺🩷

We LOVE being back in the studio, seeing everyone and getting back to what we love most… but it also marks the first week without our seniors in class 💔

We miss you all more than you know and the studio definitely doesn’t feel quite the same without you! 🥺✨

At NCH we ensure that every student is recognised, appreciated, and given the respect they deserve. From their very first knee bend to their final leap it is our mission to teach the importance of self belief alongside technique, taking pride in their work and encouraging self worth to allow students to recognise and be proud of their own achievements.
It is important to us that every student can express their individuality in order to flourish into the best version of themselves in a safe environment where they can all look to each other for support and encouragement.
In giving students the opportunity to express themselves via the arts we are able to make memories students can cherish for a lifetime, feel part of a supportive team and make friends for life.
