Whether you are sprinting the flagship Menzies 10K, taking on the ASK Physio 5K, or cheering from the vibrant event village, we are committed to providing an inclusive, barrier-free race experience for the Deaf and hard-of-hearing community.

Here is what you can look forward to on race day:

BSL Interpreted Stage Content: All major announcements and warm-ups will be interpreted.

An Inclusive Community: A shared celebration of fitness, achievement, and accessibility where every runner and supporter feels valued.

The story of “Martins Corner” (true story!)

Some time ago along a lonely path,�
A turning proudly stood,
�Awaiting all who passed that way�
As any turning should.

Until one day a Strider came,�
His running group in tow,�
Yet straight ahead he marched on by�
And missed the turn below

The laughter rose, the cheers rang out,
�The crowd was full of glee,�
For most of them had seen the turn
�Except the guide, you see.

A plan was hatched to mark the spot�
And honour this great blunder,�
So Martin's Corner gained its name�
To keep the tale in wonder.
