For a long time, we’ve dreamt about creating something beyond the studio walls…
Think:
Sunrise stretches.
Sea air.
Movement with a view.
Sun on your skin.
Sand between your toes.
Time to properly switch off from the world.
So… we’re very excited to finally introduce REFRM Retreats 🌊
Our very first retreat is happening this September, and we honestly cannot wait to share more with you soon.
For now, we’ll leave you with a little glimpse 👀
Any guesses where we’re heading? ☀️

Last night we welcomed the Baldock Braves Netball Team to our Letchworth studio for a private reformer session led by 💚
A brilliant evening focused on strength, mobility, recovery and team bonding off the court 🫶
Reformer Pilates can be such a great addition alongside sport, helping to improve core strength, stability, flexibility and injury prevention, whilst also giving the body time to slow down and recover.
We loved having you all in the studio ✨
If you’re interested in booking a private group session for your sports team, workplace or friendship group, send us a DM 💌

People often start reformer Pilates for the physical benefits.
The stronger core, better posture, improved flexibility…
But what keeps people coming back is often how it makes them feel afterwards.
Calmer. Clearer minded. More grounded. More like themselves again.
And sometimes it’s not even just the class itself. It’s the routine, the familiar faces, the chats after class and the one hour of the day that is just for you.
Small things really do make a difference. 💚
Save this for the days your mind needs the class just as much as your body does.
