I’d like everyone to give a huge congratulations to our Member of the Month, Shaunna! 🏆💚

joined No Bull after a moment that made her realise something needed to change. Fast forward 8 months and she’s achieved an incredible 30kg weight loss, transformed her fitness, and become a huge part of our community.

What we’re most proud of isn’t just the weight she’s lost, it’s the consistency she’s shown!
Turning up on the hard days, trusting the process, and never giving up 🔥

From struggling through workouts to smashing AMRAPs, pull-ups, push-ups, deadlifts and back squats, Shaunna’s progress has been nothing short of amazing.

Before joining NoBull Fitness, Jess struggled with motivation and found traditional group classes intimidating and too fast-paced.

Since joining our Small Group Personal Training sessions, she’s not only become stronger and fitter, but she’s also started tackling the part of training she used to avoid most - Cardio 🤮

🌟 MEMBER OF THE MONTH – VIKKI 🌟

Huge shoutout to Vikki, our Member of the Month! 💪

After nearly a year away from fitness, she’d joined a few other gyms that just didn’t feel right.
But after joining NoBull she hasn’t looked back 😍
We can honestly say she’s jumped into every session, given her all, been consistent, determined, and an absolute pleasure to coach.

Here’s what Vikki has achieved so far:

🔥 Lost over a stone in weight!
🔥 Hit her first deadlift goal of 85kg (100k next 🤩)
🔥 Stronger and fitter than she’s been in years!
🔥 She can now do pull-up variations (something she never thought possible!)

What’s been most impressive is Vikki’s mindset.
She continues to surprise herself each week, pushing a little further and proving just how much she’s capable of.
The consistency and effort she brings to every session is why she’s so deserving of this recognition.
