12:40pm Spirit Dance Meditation with Becky and Charlie.
Dance meditation uses music and movement to help clear your mind and ground you in the present moment. It’s the perfect way to combine a physical workout with a boost to your emotional wellbeing 🪩
1:30pm Live Sound Bath with Becky and Charlie.
A tranquil, meditative session designed to reduce stress and induce deep relaxation through live, soothing vibrations. It features instruments like crystal bowls, gongs, Koshi chimes, and ocean drums, focusing on mental clarity and restoring balance to the mind and body
