Yesterday I was in Sheffield to watch The Feeling and took that opportunity to meet up with their drummer, , who over the years, I train whenever he has time in his busy schedule of touring with his band, other artists, TV work and all the other projects he has going on.
We had the workout, then Paul went on to do sound checks then perform the show (I'm sure he's half man-half machine!).
As you'll see from some of the clips I've included, the concert was amazing and The Feeling are currently doing their tour around the UK, I recommend you don't miss out😎

Yesterday I took a session with an old friend, Lee.
Lee and I go way back. Years ago we took him from 22 stone down to 12 and 1/2.
Then life happened. He moved away and the weight crept back on until he found himself over 30 stone.
But here's the part that matters: he came back. He asked for help. He rebuilt his routines, his mindset, his relationships with food. This ment diet changes, exercise, eating disorder counselling among other things (not to forget the occasional session with me).
The journey and challenges are ongoing, but day by day, Lee is facing them head on and, so long as he continues to show the grit and determination to get the job done, he's going to get there.

GOOGLE SAYS THE WORLD WANTS TO SEE ME IN MY UNDERWEAR!
I was wondering what I could give all of you for Christmas and having looked up the most wanted gifts this year on Google, after money and an iPhone, a picture of me in my underwear came in third!
Funnily enough, at number 7 was the request that I don't post anymore shirtless pictures ever again but seeing as democracy is dying and chaos currently reigns, here's the underwear pic.

As a youngster, years before I learnt how to train properly, i was a chest and bicep workout all the time kinda guy. Unfortunately the years of front delt and chest abuse caught up with me — tight shoulders with dodgy posture and enough pain to make me wince just reaching to scratch my nose or head!
Turns out, hammering bench press and other exercises that use your front delts while ignoring rear delts and back is a fast track to looking like a human question mark. I've learned this the hard way.
Rear delts are now getting the attention they deserve, including face pulls and reverse flys, plus enough volume to make them feel seen, heard and respected.
Lesson learned: symmetry isn’t just aesthetic — it’s functional. Train what you can’t see in the mirror, or your body will remind you the hard way.

Started boxing with purely for the cardio kick (I have absolutely no intentions of becoming a boxer)—but it’s turned into something much more. Footwork, core control, hand-eye coordination, remembering patterns... didn't expect it to sharpen me this much outside the weight room.
It’s humbling and great for your mind learning a new skill from scratch and I didn't think of these benefits when I started so now I'm getting a mind and cardio workout in one, although now my sweat comes with combos.

Photoshoot Ready… but it didn’t come easy.
To get in the shape you see here, I had to grind—hard. Fat loss wasn’t a casual stroll in the park; it was calculated training, disciplined nutrition, and a whole lot of willpower. Late-night cardio, meticulous carb control, and enough sweat to fill a small kiddie pool. 😅
And yep, for the shoot itself:
🟤 A deep, dark spray tan to carve out every bit of definition
💧 Muscle oil for that sheen that makes the hard work glisten
💡 Lighting placed just right to make shadows dance across the physique
But here's what wasn’t used to get here:

What if I told you that one of the most nutrient dense super foods that's great for us seems to be (unfairly in my opinion) one of the most hated!
