DOUG IN FOR A FAST TIME - Fairlands Valley Spartans Doug Anderson Six Spartans made a Wednesday evening trip to Bedford for the Doug Anderson 5K. This took place in the beautiful grounds of Bedford Park. The race was on a measured two and a half lap course on wide asphalt paths, with redwoods, a lake, bandstand and vintage cafe. Another fantastic week for the Spartans! 💙

🏆 Samuel Paul won Stevenage parkrun for the second week running.
🥇 Jay Papa claimed his first ever race victory at the revived Aston 5.
🏃 The Spartans impressed at the Mid Week Mob Match, while Charlie Arnold and Suzy Hawkins celebrated individual league awards.
💪 There were also standout performances in ultras, EMAC and races across the country.
