Enjoy your weekend
A lot of people get caught up in thinking because they are in their thirties everything has to be perfect to make progress
To the point that if they can’t start perfectly they don’t start at all
It could be many things contributing to that way of thinking
Not hitting all their training sessions that week or not at the intensity they like to
Not hitting the target numbers with their diet
Missing out on getting all their steps in
They think if they can’t get it all 100% right then why bother?
But they don’t need to be perfect all the time
They just need to start
And as long as they aim for that 1% improvement each time, it’s worth it
I’ve done it myself, putting things off, waiting for the perfect time to do something (normally a Monday)
But if you just took the step to get started, in 3 months or so you could be looking back wondering why you waited
