Here is a little bit about me if you have never experienced my approach to teaching YOGA (union)….
I am not the yoga teacher for you if you want to be shown online how great I can do the complicated poses , I rarely post pictures and videos of myself doing yoga poses online these days , personally I find all it does for me is feed my ego which takes me further away from what yoga is about .
Yoga to me is way more than making shapes with our bodies- it’s a conscious practise of mind , body and breath and trying to detach myself of the ego.
I might not be the yoga teacher for you if you expect me to have all the answers and know everything about yoga either , because I don’t .
I also may not be the yoga teacher for you if you want me to share lot of my private life online either. I don’t expect you to be interested in my inner world .
However , I could well be be the yoga teacher for you if your looking for a authentic teacher who honours the true meaning of what yoga stands for and are looking for someone who genuinely wants to help each person who comes to me feel better physically and mentally, helping each person ride through the bumps of life with tools to help see you through.
I am a teacher who cares deeply about every single person who comes my way for support and guidance whether it be physical, mental or spiritual.
I am the yoga teacher for you who finds yoga gives us that wonderful chance of coming together as a community and I will welcome and modify everything if required to suit all ages and ablilites so this community is for EVERY BODY .
I am the yoga teacher for you who has natural empathy and a ability to connect with people from all walks of life .
