Gutted as one of the fox cubs round here are laying dead under the railway bridge behind our house .
I wanted to take a picture for awareness but decided against it , this one was only slightly bigger than a cat 😢 and to make matters worse I have a feeling it’s one of the foxes little cubs I feed every night .
Please drive carefully people !! so many wildlife losing their lives atm with the awful traffic everywhere and they are looking for water and food as their homes are being built on everywhere 😢

I’ve had people say to me so many things ones - “I can’t do yoga I’m too stiff “ But did you know yoga practise should be acts of kindness too? You can be the bendiest person in town but if you’re not kind to others or yourself this is not yoga you are practising.
This post from a guy in Stevenage running a humble potato van really warmed my heart today 🙏🏽🫶🏽

Are you unsure of your alignments in yoga are to the best of your ability ? Do you sometimes wonder if you are doing the poses correctly and safely?
If so I have a few places left for my summer alignment workshop where we will explore many familiar poses and work on correct alignment for the best energy flow and to make sure your keeping your practise safe .
I will be on hand for hands on assist for those happy to be assisted and it will be a worthwhile few hours where hopefully you will feel much more confident in the poses we will practise .
