Lots of hard work concentrating on the quality of our karate this evening for the mid-belts, in particular full yoi positions, full hikite and maximum spirit!

Basics for the beginners and the same for adults but with some bunkai thrown in!

An amazing Bo/Jo Staff session to mix it up a bit after all that Easter Chocolate…

Everyone enjoyed having a real good go at the windmill spin, figure of 8 spin, the Obi-Ani swing and Taikyoku Shodan Bo/Jo. No injuries and smiles all round…
