One up the bum, no harm done!
Camera that is...another recheck after some stomach funny business
This time I made sure of sedation, but still needed the gas and air during one section, ooof!🙈😅
No food for 24 hours means next move is pig put session
Price of being above 40, doctors take a strong interest in your backside!
But always good to get things checked..make sure you do if something feels off!
Thanks again to our amazing NHS too, as always looked after very well😊

The cost of inaction..
If I don't take care of myself, what are the consequences?
Well for me I don't want my daughter to have a role model that is weak, out of shape, sluggish and cba
I want to be her first inspiration to look up to
That is one big why that keeps me looking after myself week on week, year after year
And everyone I have worked with the first thing I get to the bottom off is why they want to be in shape, and what happens if they dont..
What are your big reasons? And what is the cost to you for inaction?

If you don't value your health and fitness the same or more as your car, holidays, night outs and other liabilities....
Then prepare to stay stuck and rinse and repeat with cheap options year after year, which are designed that way!
You have one body, look after it.
Of course if you dgaf, my respect! Live life how you want to and be happy 100%
But if you do and its making you unhappy, and you wussy out of doing it properly or hide behind excuses then give your head a wobble!

Saddens me that fake and insincere seems to rule the roost even more these days
Being genuine and down to earth, focusing on substance and being a real person seems a dirty way to live now
Certainly dont put others down either to get ahead, god that happens a lot too doesn't it! I let those that so hang themselves, karma always catches up!
But I know my worth
I know my knowledge and skill
And I have the results and feedback to back it all up
Now summer is over and September is here I feel ready to help again
Taken a few weeks off to recharge with my princess
But now have the time again to put some of you up the list
I am looking for a few people who are serious about getting strong and changing how they feel
And are ready to invest in themsleves and see the bigger picture
I am not for penny pinchers or those that dont see the value in extending their life and being the best for themselves and their families
I want to transform how you look and feel over the next 3 to 6 months
You ideally have some gym experience
You dont need motivation, just accountability and support, plus the results you have not been getting trying on your own

You only need 5 moves to solve your dad bod challenge!
(Caveat - not body shaming, this post is for guys who are genuinely concerned that their expanding waistline is a threat to their health and ability to be fully present in their role model responsibilities....ok!)
I get guys to feel like the king of the gym by applying a simple but devastatingly effective strength building routine
Which is also time efficient
Gives genuine confidence building results and that alpha feeling of genuinely taking control of your life
Gives you a higher standard to live by which promotes better lifestyle decisions which WILL lead to fat loss around that belly
Makes you look and feel more desirable, happy wife happy life haha!!

WHY, JUSY WHY........ONE BIG REASON THAT WILL ALWAYS HOLD YOU BACK FROM GETTING MOTIVATED....
Half marathon done before gym shift
Legs like bambi but felt good to achieve that
Full race in October so good progress
Why do I run and lift heavy weights?
Gives me peace of mind
Allows a different perspective of lifes stresses
Keeps me fit and healthy
Gives me a sense of achievement
Keeps me off the vices haha
Feels like I am taking responsibilty for myself amd my daughter. I want to be a strong fit daddy for her
Keeps the missus happy too haha
All these add up as my high standards I want to live like, tying in with my best version of me I want to be
And makes me feel even better when I do let my hair down, as its me in control and not the pints!
If you want to get in great shape then connecting with a purpose and new standards is essential, and often overlooked by a lot of people
It just means more than simply saying I want to get fit
Scratch under that surface level reason a bit more
Find your big whys
Then reverse engineer all the way back to a first set of basic actions to get you there
Tell 5 of your reasons you want to get in shape, lets kick your journey off!

Its not a new diet or gimmicky work out you need to get in shape
Its a new lifestyle
Its getting the basics right
In training, food, sleep, rest, hydration and social choices and go to comforts
That are aligned to a new set of standards that allow you to be that best version of you
The only problem is how do you achieve that
There is a big gap of knowledge....plus time, energy and priority management
And a progressive plan that works, is enjoyable ans meets you where you are at
Have that all in place and crushing it? Good!
Keep on moving forward

2.5 years into his Strong Boss journey and heading towards a full 3 years, Steve has been incredibly consistent!
Always showing up for himself and his family by prioritising his health
Helps with his carpentry business too, not easy on the body!
He has a few interuptions and niggles
Some ups and downs with motivation
But that is normal on a long term journey
The key thing is we communicated and worked out a plan to move forwards
Changing things up to keep things fresh and progressing
Halting that backwards momentum!
And Steve has always been open to coaching and accountabilty
He is a strong, fit dude no doubts!
And long may it continue!

Diets are designed to lose you the SAME 20lbs every year!
Whether fad or slimming clubs, the outcome is usually the same
What you want is to eat your favourite foods at the right amounts, time and combinations alongside a lifestyle that promotes you to get fitter and stronger
Feeling in control and making different decisions and habits than previously
Don't fall into that trap of restriction and scales obsession
Its a misrerable way to live and just increases stress which leads to more fat gain
I have been there so know how this feels. So have my clients
Its cool though. Sometimes you need to do it the wrong way until you find the correct life changing solution. Even if it takes months or years to.
As long as you get there.
