The new location - Bedwell Community Centre - proved to be a huge success, despite the lack of a coffee shop to grab a drink & chat after class 😢 I'm on a lookout for one of those nearby 🤞

I welcomed back the Wednesday team 🙌 and opened our doors to some freshly made, fantastic mums ❤️ if you're a mum of 6 weeks old or a 2yo - you're just as welcome in my Mummy & Me fitness class 🤗

🚨 Our Wednesdays classes move to Bedwell Community Centre, much more space and more air in this heat! Looking after mums and babies is always my priority #1

📝 Wednesdays are fully open due to the new location - if you're looking for a class welcoming toddlers, which works with their naptimes 🫠 this is the class for you!

🤩 What an incredible first week back it has been! I'm not a big fan of breaks as I'm a routine maniac.. but I have to say it gives me this great boost of renewed energy when I'm back! I feel like I can give you so much more 🔥
Energy was through the roof last week, still feeling chills from these Zumba Gold and Mummy & Me fitness classes 🙌💪

We're gonna do it all again this week 🎉

Another term of Mummy & Me fitness classes finished, we're having a 2 week break for Easter and we're back with full speed on April 13th 🫡

It's been a special one as we're saying Goodbye to our wonderful Esmé who's been a part of this fantastic Tribe for months! It's time for our good friend to return to work, but I'm sure we'll see more of you on our socials 🤗
We also said Goodbye to our lovely Emily who's going to enjoy the last couple of months of her maternity on travelling - I say WAY TO GO! Enjoy the adventures and make lots of memories with your little family ❤️
