🫂Welcoming mums to my Mummy and Me fitness class this week felt like seeing an old friend or extended family member!
🥹My heart was full seeing all the mums sitting around the play mat with their babies and sharing their summer adventures..
🤗COMMUNITY. That's the most important part of this class.
💪On top of hearing:
"Oh! It feels SO good to do something for MYSELF again!" and
"I feel so much looser... all that tension is GONE!"

👋 I'M BACK 🇬🇧

Feeling really grateful to have a job that allows me to spend so much quality time with my loved ones ❤️

Last few weeks were all about unplugging, finding my inner child and seeing positives in every situation👌

Like being late for the ferry back to the UK (is ANYONE even a tiny bit surprised? 🤣) and choosing to explore the town of Calais, enjoying a stunning sunset at a beautiful beach, treating ourselves to ice cream and delicious coffee - at 10pm.. but anything goes after driving through half of Europe 😅

You'll be seeing more of me again, with class bookings opening next week, buggy walk coming up and more exciting news in the works 🤩

Can't wait to be back and see so many of you again 🙏🤗
