Really appreciate being trusted on your postpartum journey by so many of you 😍

Last term before the summer break proved to be quite successful with the new, larger hall for our Wednesday classes being a real hit! Very spacious, keeping cool in hot weather, easy parking 👍 we'll be returning to Bedwell on Wednesdays in September 💪
Whereas Fairlands Fridays are just magical in the summer 🌞 with a great team breaking a real sweat followed by coffee and delicious ice cream in the cafe and saying hello to the ducks! 🦆 Or a water fun in the splash park 💦

We are truly blessed with such a wonderful location for our classes, but most importantly - a fantastic, friendly, welcoming, supportive and FUN lot of mums!

Can't wait to be back in September, though for now - I want to wish everyone a wonderful summer holiday full of magical moments and memory making!

Can't believe we're here again!

High temperatures all week meant there was no chance to cool down overnight and the Fairlands Valley Centre studio is really really hot, unsafe for us or our little ones to have a class there🤱👎

I was unable to find an alternative venue with an aircon unfortunately, therefore tomorrow's class is CANCELLED.

My apologies, but safety first, always and forever 🤌

We're back this week! And we started with a 💥bang!💥

The new location - Bedwell Community Centre - proved to be a huge success, despite the lack of a coffee shop to grab a drink & chat after class 😢 I'm on a lookout for one of those nearby 🤞

I welcomed back the Wednesday team 🙌 and opened our doors to some freshly made, fantastic mums ❤️ if you're a mum of 6 weeks old or a 2yo - you're just as welcome in my Mummy & Me fitness class 🤗

📝 Wednesdays are fully open due to the new location - if you're looking for a class welcoming toddlers, which works with their naptimes 🫠 this is the class for you!

🤩 What an incredible first week back it has been! I'm not a big fan of breaks as I'm a routine maniac.. but I have to say it gives me this great boost of renewed energy when I'm back! I feel like I can give you so much more 🔥
Energy was through the roof last week, still feeling chills from these Zumba Gold and Mummy & Me fitness classes 🙌💪

We're gonna do it all again this week 🎉
