This Sunday - We have our adult dance day, exploring lots of different dance activities, capoeira, street dance, strength & flexibility conditioning, and creative dance workshops.. it’s fun, no pressure and very Hot House Dance Supportive.

Our Adult Dance Day isn’t about being the best in the room. It’s not about perfection. It’s not about performance.

It’s about:

People have told me before Dance is just for kids, well obviously that’s a bit fat lie!!

(P.s thank you to those people who told me that dance is just for kids, because that was all the motivation needed to prove that wrong 🫶, I believe in CAN! Not Can’t… it actually was a blessing, so thank you. because as a result, I get to meet some of the most wonderful, joyful and fearless humans. Much Love 🫶)
