Finally getting around to sharing some photos from my retreat last weekend.
The more retreats I hold these days, the less I try to plan, so there’s space to let things unfold through the energy of the group.
This has meant trusting in myself a lot more to.
And what I’m realising is that a lot of people just want to get together, slow down & spend good quality time with other like-hearted people.
Nothing fancy, not a full schedule but space to be.
This quote shared by Tara Brach sums up the weekend perfectly...
“Happiness cannot be found in great effort & willpower, but is already there in relaxation & letting go.”
This is exactly what came through during this retreat, both in the experience itself & in the feedback afterwards.
Taking time to rest, slow down & for many, actually learning how to rest, was one of the biggest takeaways.
A huge heartfelt thank you to all 23 women who came along.
I’m always humbled when my retreats sell out & that people want to come & spend time with little old me, & experience the practices I share to spark our spirit & live from the heart 🤍
Also a special thank you to...
