Granola.
One of the easiest things to make yourself.
Oats, nuts, seeds, maple syrup and cinnamon. Mix it up in a bowl, lay in a baking tray and in less than 10 minutes, out comes perfectly toasted granola.
The hardest part is not eating it right from the oven!! π«£ππΌ best enjoyed with some full fat greek yogurt and fresh berries π

Recently I held a stretching and relaxation session for the very busy ladies that work at Park Drive Nursery. We spent an hour together moving through some stretches that gave their bodies an opportunity to lengthen out, stretching those tight and tense muscles, and finished our session with some conscious breathing and guided relaxation.
Here is what the organiser had to say about the experience;
"We recently arranged a yoga session at our work place for our staff team, with Helen. Helen is very professional, kind and passionate within her role.
As a staff team, there were many of us who hadn't taken part in yoga before but Helen explained different levels of exercises to allow us to take it at our own pace. Our team all thoroughly enjoyed the class, felt relaxed, learned deep breathing exercises we can use daily and had the opportunity to switch off from our busy daily lives.
We would thoroughly recommend Helen and look forward to arranging another session again in the future to support staff wellbeing.
