Now that the weather is improving,we are starting our pickleball sessions again at the club on Friday 17 April from 4pm-6pm. Non members are very welcome and it’s £5 for the 2 hours and £1 if you need a bat. If you need more information,feel free to get in touch or turn up on the day.

We are now taking bookings for our Easter Camp🎾. All ages and standards are welcome!

It is with great sadness that the club announce the passing of Rosemary MacDonald after a short illness. She would have been 90 on the 8th February. Rosemary and her husband Jim were instrumental in setting up junior coaching at the club and they willingly gave up their time to take us to junior matches and tournaments. A number of juniors were privileged to be taken to the Nairn tournament every year and stay with them at their holiday home nearby. Many of our juniors were successful in tournaments and we regularly won the juniors leagues. When the boys and girls won at the same time,we were invited to their house for a celebration. They put Livilands juniors on the tennis map and many of us are still playing today. Rosemary’s enthusiasm was infectious and she made everyone so welcome. Jim and Rosemary did so much for the club and we wouldn’t be where we are today if it weren’t for them.

Congratulations to Fraser who won the Mens 55 singles and 55 doubles at the weekend in the Scottish Senior outdoors tournament held at Whitecraigs Tennis Club in Glasgow. His doubles partner was Gary Melville from Braid in Edinburgh.
