Hi guys,
We would like to inform you, that at this moment in time, the club is only available to pre-existing members due to session number restrictions as a result of covid-19. We hope to change this in the near future and we will inform you as soon as possible. Thank you, for your patience.

Training Times: Mon 13:00-15:00, Tue 13:00-14:30, Fri, 13:00-14:30. Sat, 17:00-19:00. Sports Hall 1
Hello everyone,
In light of what is going on with the Coronavirus (COVID-19) I would like to say that BJJ classes will continue however people need to be mindful during this time. This is a full contact sport and makes it a place where the virus could easily be spread.
Firstly, if you know you will be attending a class please make sure you have showered and cleaned your hands.
Secondly, please do not come to class if you are showing any of the symptoms, out of respect for everyone else. Better to be safe than sorry.
Thank you all.
Hi everyone
So tonight’s class is going to be turned into an open mat as Robert our coach is sick.
Hope everyone will still come and get in a few rolls.

Nightline is an anonymous call-line and instant messaging service for students at the University of Stirling, run by students. Opening hours are every Thursday – Monday from 10pm-7am. You can call them at 01786 466 866. The service is for anyone who is struggling and needs help, anyone who just wants to talk and be listened to. Nightline can also provide an information service such as details about taxis, buses, services at the university etc. Their aim is to create a safe space for students to be able to talk freely about anything that is on their mind, in a non-judgmental, confidential and anonymous environment.
In regards to training over the Christmas period we will be having a few sessions running until term starts again.
Training will be normal until Friday the 20th of December and will resume back to normal after the Christmas break on the 13th of January.
Our Christmas Break training times are:
December:
Saturday 21st (15:00-17:00)
Saturday 28th (15:00-17:00)
January:
Saturday 4th (15:00-17:00)
Wednesday 8th (18:00-19:30)
Saturday 11th (15:00-17:00)
If anyone is still around in Stirling over those time would love to see you at training!
Have a Merry Christmas and Happy New Year.
Just in case anyone missed the last post. Class is cancelled today due to the building being closed for construction.
Hope to see everyone on Thursday open mat.
Due to significant work taking place to relocate power and lighting from the current sports facilities into the Sports Redevelopment site they are shutting down the gym at 6pm on the 11th of December, this coming Wednesday. I am sorry to say that we will have to cancel training that usually takes place from 6-7.30pm.
It does not seem to be affecting our Thursday open mat. So hopefully see everyone there at 1.30pm.

Thank you all who came to the give it a go! It was a great turn out, was awesome to see so much interest.
We are having a second give it a go next Wednesday (2nd October) for anyone who missed part of the lesson today.
A reminder that it’s only £20 for the whole year! Go to the Stirling student union website to purchase the membership.
Hi all
There is a mistake on the give it a go list where it says that our give it a go is tonight from 19:00 to 20:30. That information is wrong!
The class is from 18:00 to 19:30 like every other Wednesday class.
Many apologies to everyone. Hope there isn’t too much confusion.
