🗣️ “I honestly thought my age was the reason nothing worked anymore.”

2 years ago, Donna walked into Shapesmart feeling stuck, exhausted and completely unsure where to start 😩

One of the most common mistakes I see people make is with the way they approach transformation on a whole…

They want to start fast, go in guns blazing, get it all perfect and THEN beat themselves up when they inevitably slip off plan 😫 and it will happen 💯

If you are a NORMAL person looking to transform your body and fitness to look and feel better than most people…
