It’s about how you feel, think, and show up in your life.
Over the past while, I’ve been doing a lot of work on my own mental health, and one thing I keep coming back to is this: movement changes everything. Not just physically, but mentally and emotionally too. It clears your head, lifts your mood, builds resilience, and creates space to breathe when life feels heavy.
This is why I care so much about what I do. 💖
My approach to personal training isn’t just about sets, reps, or aesthetics. It’s about helping you build a version of health that supports your whole life — your body, your mind, your confidence, your energy.
You don’t have to be “fit enough” to start. You don’t have to have it all figured out. You just need to be willing to take that first step.

Resistance or weight training isn't only about getting strong - it's about building self-confidence, resilience and it plays a huge role in long-term health too.
Resistance training supports bone density, metabolism, and mental wellbeing
While Olympic weightlifting is one of my favourite sports to coach, I work with women across all styles of training, whether that's general strength, Olympic lifting, sports-specific training, or strength and conditioning.
I often hear women say they're interested in weight training but feel nervous because they "aren't strong enough," have never done it before, or think they're not mobile enough - but that's simply not true.

The ability to self-reflect is important.🪞
Self-reflection is essential for self-improvement because it encourages honesty and transparency with yourself, allowing you to look inward without judgment. Instead of focusing on faults, reflection helps you recognize areas where you’d like to grow and understand the habits, choices, or patterns that shape your life.
By taking time to pause and look at your experiences with clarity, you create space to learn, adjust, and move forward with intention.
In this way, self-reflection becomes a powerful tool for becoming the person you truly want to be.
