Delighted so many of the team are getting out running 🏃♀️
Plenty of time to get race ready for October if you’d like to get involved! 🤗
We will have a group fundraiser and I’ll also be organising some other non running events on the same weekend!
I’ll be doing some free foam rolling/stretching sessions August-October.
Our current group runs are 6.15am Thursday and 8am Saturdays. I’ll be adding another option soon.

They call it a fitness journey for a reason 🤩💪
Adopting lifestyle changes and learning what you’re capable of when you put your mind to it!
Jennifer has done just that!
I’m so proud of the consistency since she joined in February. She had already started her weightloss journey. However she wasn’t doing any exercise. Now she’s running 5k’s and lifting so much heavier. It’s not difficult to see the results in her body. What I’ve noticed more is the progress she’s been making every week. She is stronger and fitter and more confident.
No quick fixes here. Just hard work and determination. 💪

It’s so easy for the months to slip by at the moment. Waiting for the right time. There is no right time. It’s a decision you make by taking action!

Thursday’s will be looking a little different….
I also have more timetable changes planned. Please use the app. I’ll send out an email to everyone over the weekend regarding changes.
Tomorrow there will still be the option of doing the class at 6.15am or coming out a 5k run with myself and some others. There’s no night class on tomorrow. The gym is still available to use. Send me a message if you have any questions.
I will be on holiday from the 29th July for a week.
There will still be access to the gym and workouts to follow but you won’t need to book in.
