NEXT GAME
Our penultimate league game is upon us this Saturday as we host title chasing AFC Chryston at the High School.
We currently sit top of the Premier with two games of our own season to go with the rest of the chasing pack having multiple games in hand over us. The title is out of our hands but two from two in our last games would put us right back in the fight.
Chryston come on the back of good form in the league and have done well to go deep into the national competions as well, a strong young outfit with plenty to offer going forward.
As this is our last home game of the season, we are looking for a good turn out for the lads as we sign off with a win in Dunblane.
2PM kick off on the school astro, hope to see everyone there.
Big thanks to our sponsors as always

🏆 Elevate Member of the Month – February 🏆
A big shoutout to Gillian who has been absolutely smashing it since joining us during the January Reset 💪
Since starting, Gillian has shown incredible consistency with the classes and the results are already showing. She’s reduced body fat, improved her fitness, and built strength all through showing up and putting in the work week after week.
What’s been even better to see is the positive attitude she brings to every session. Since retiring she’s been embracing the challenge and absolutely flying with it 🙌
Really proud of the progress you’ve made so far Gillian — and this is only the beginning! 🔥

Happy Wednesday folks 💪
Bit of a reflection post today…
When you’re younger, you’re high flying. You can train hard, wake up the next day feeling grand, sometimes even train twice a day and still feel decent. Recovery is still important at that age but you don’t always feel the consequences straight away.
As you get older… the reality changes a bit 😅
You can still train hard. You should still train hard. But if you don’t recover properly, you’ll feel it. Tight shoulders, sore knees, stiff hips, achy lower back it all starts to creep in.
I’ve been feeling that myself lately. Achy shoulders, knee giving me bother, just generally stiff. And the reason? Tight quads, hamstrings, glutes… everything pulling where it shouldn’t. It’s rarely “just the knee” or “just the shoulder.” There’s usually something else going on.
The sad truth?
As you get older, you need to train hard and recover even harder just to feel half as good as you used to 😅
But don’t get me wrong it’s a privilege to move. It’s a privilege to train. Not everyone gets that opportunity. So we respect it.
I’ve been making recovery more of a priority:
• 10–15 minutes mobility (doesn’t need to be long)
• Stretching properly
• Epsom salt baths
• Cold baths (not enjoyable but effective 😢😂)
• Making use of the sauna at Bridge of Allan Sports Club 🙌
You don’t need hours. I literally put a yoga mat down and took 10–15 minutes this morning. Done.
Moral of the story your recovery is just as important as the workout.
Train hard.
Recover properly.
Stay in the game long term 💪

✨ CLIENT PROGRESS – Gillian ✨
Gillian signed up with us during the January 2 Week Reset… right after retiring.
New chapter. New routine. New goals.
And she has absolutely smashed it 👏
Since 6th January 2026…
⬇️ 5.4kg lost
⬇️ BMI down 2.0 points
⬇️ Body fat down 1.7%
⬇️ Metabolic age reduced
AND 👇
⬆️ Muscle percentage up 1.0%
⬆️ Body water up 1.2%
This is what proper progress looks like.
Not just weight coming down…
But fat dropping while muscle increases 💪
She didn’t go extreme.
She didn’t overhaul her whole life overnight.
She just showed up.
Built momentum during the reset.
Stayed consistent.
Retirement for Gillian hasn’t meant slowing down…
It’s meant smashing life and prioritising herself 💛
Honestly so happy for her.
And we’re still building 👏
If you’ve been thinking about starting, maybe this is your sign.

Joining Elevate Fitness has been the best decision I’ve made in my fitness journey. I absolutely love the classes, which Jonny has created for all levels, so whether you’re just starting out or like me, pushing for new goals, you always feel so encouraged, supported and challenged.
Jonny makes sure everyone gets the most out of each session, plus the group atmosphere is unreal, everyone is so welcoming and motivating, honestly It makes turning up to class easy and so much fun every time.

Legs are still feeling Saturday 😅
The HYROX sim at was honestly such a wholesome day. Proper good energy from start to finish, loads of support flying about and just people encouraging each other through it all.
It’s class seeing everyone step up, challenge themselves and still have a laugh along the way. Days like that remind you what it’s all about.
Everyone who took part should be seriously proud ❤️💪

🏆 WEDNESDAY WINS 🏆
What’s your win this week?
Doesn’t need to be massive.
Could be getting to the gym.
Going a walk.
Drinking more water.
Saying no to something that doesn’t serve you.
Just showing up.
My win?
Making my Hyrox class this morning… a few days before my sim on Saturday 🤪
Motivation hasn’t been sky high. Rolled my ankle last week. Plenty excuses I could’ve used.
But I showed up anyway.
And honestly… that’s what builds momentum.
You don’t need to be perfect.
You just need to keep turning up.
Drop your win below 👇 let’s get a bit of positivity going midweek 💪🔥

I found Elevate on instagram and I am so glad that we did! The group is so welcoming, friendly and encouraging. I have been attending for just a month and I have already grown in confidence, have a set fitness routine for the week and feel healthier. Mentally I feel more positive and physically I feel stronger and fitter. Jonny brings something new and fresh every session. As working people it is fab to not think about what exercise to do in the gym but to have it all set ready for you. I enjoy the challenge of the sessions but also the fun camaraderie of the team. Jonny is quick to support, high five and keep us accountable. From diet, to exercise to fitness advice Jonny is always on hand to help. I was most nervous about joining a new group, worried that I wouldn’t be fit enough or would stand out but I couldn’t have been more wrong. I slotted right in and was welcomed with the common goal of being the best version of you. If you are unsure about joining I would say just give it a go and see. You will be welcomed by friendly faces and a community that just want to lift each other up. I would 100% recommend Elevate!

⭐ JANUARY MEMBER SPOTLIGHT ⭐
Big shoutout to Leanne, who not only won the January Reset Challenge, but that also tipped her into January Member of the Month 👏🔥
She absolutely smashed the challenge record-breaking step counts, showing up consistently but what really stood out was the encouragement and positivity she brought to the group. Always cheering people on, keeping the vibes high, and helping others stay motivated ❤️
That’s exactly what Elevate is about.
Pushing yourself and backing the people around you. It’s what makes this little (and growing) community so special 👊
🏃♂️ JANUARY MILES KING 👑
And a special mention to John, who takes the crown for January Miles King 👟🔥
Even while on holiday, he was still getting the runs done unreal commitment and effort 👏
If you’ve been watching from the sidelines and thinking “not sure if this is for me” honestly, just give it a bash 💪
Anyone who wants to try it out can get a week of unlimited classes. If you love it, amazing. If not, no stress at all it’s all good ❤️
There are options if you can only make one class a week, options if you want to train online and do the rest at home or in the gym, or unlimited if you want to go all in.
No pressure, just good people, good training, and good vibes 👊🔥
