I’m very lucky that my work takes me to some incredibly beautiful places. I travel all over, work from gorgeous settings and experience wonderful things.

But I’m usually in work mode.

This was the first time this year I packed a bag, went somewhere beautiful and it was simply me.

No work.
No schedule.
No rushing off somewhere else.

Just a little pause for me.
And I chose Wales.

Every time I come here, my shoulders drop. I just feel completely at home.

And was the perfect place to slow down.

Sheep in the field as soon as you open the cabin door 🐑
Falling asleep under a sky full of stars.

The rustling leaves.
The cows in the distance.
And absolutely nothing else.

The copper bath outside, tucked beneath the oak tree… with ample hot water to create the best bubble bath.

A log burner, more than enough logs for the fire, and the loveliest welcome hamper (an optional add-on, but one I would definitely recommend) filled with fresh berries, yoghurt, homemade granola, farm shop biscuits, bread and fresh farm eggs.

But really, it was the stillness that made it.

After such a long summer of constantly being on, I finally got to be off.

And that feeling of peace is still very much with me.

A little reminder that sometimes we don’t need to go far, do more or fill our time.

Sometimes we just need to change our pace.

Thank you, Cwm Llan, for such a beautiful little pause.

I’ll definitely be back 🍁🙏🏻✨

And a little shoutout to for introducing me to this beautiful place 🤎

“I’m just not flexible enough for yoga.”

It’s probably one of the things I hear most often.

And I always want to say…

Good. You don’t need to be.

Flexibility isn’t a tick box.

There’s no entry exam.

Nobody is checking whether you can touch your toes before you’re allowed into a yoga class.

But I understand why you might feel that way.

You see people folding themselves in half on Instagram and assume that’s what yoga is about.

You worry you’ll be the least flexible person in the room.

Maybe you’re conscious of how your body looks in leggings.

Maybe you think you need to be fitter, slimmer, stronger or more coordinated first.

Or perhaps you’ve convinced yourself that yoga simply isn’t for your body.

It is.

My teaching is about meeting you where you are, not expecting your body to arrive somewhere else first.

I guide with softness, offer different options and encourage you to find what feels supportive for your body, on that day.

Because there is no prize for the deepest stretch.

And yoga isn’t a competition to see who can make the biggest shape.

The physical practice is just one part of what yoga can offer.

It can be about breathing, slowing down, quietening your mind, becoming more present, listening to yourself, creating space and learning to rest.

And you don’t even need to look the part.

No matching two-piece set required.

Come in your comfiest clothes. A baggy T-shirt is absolutely fine.

Come stiff.

Come nervous.

Come with absolutely no idea what you’re doing.

Just come as you are.

Because flexibility isn’t the entry requirement.

You already qualify.

✨🕯️And if you’ve been thinking about trying yoga but flexibility has been holding you back, my Relaxation Evenings are a lovely place to start…

Another full summer ☀️🧘🏼‍♀️🌊✔️

Last summer was full in the best possible way.

It was also the summer I caught the travel bug - travelling for work, discovering new places and realising just how much I loved the freedom and variety of what I’d created.

So this summer? I went wholeheartedly in…

Work, work, work!!

So much of my summer has been spent doing work I genuinely love, in some beautiful locations.

Breathwork & meditation in Airbnb gardens.
Yoga flows by the sea.
Yoga Nidra poolside.
Hen parties, birthdays, girls’ getaways… beautiful groups coming together to slow down, connect and enjoy time for themselves.

And one of the most humbling parts of owning a little business is realising that every booking means someone has chosen you.

I never take that for granted. 🤍

To every wonderful human who has trusted me with their celebrations, getaways, weekends away and precious time together - thank you for choosing me 🙏🏻

As summer begins to wind down, I’m also feeling the shift…

My diary naturally has a little more space. Maybe it was unconsciously intentional, maybe I’m just wholeheartedly aligned with the rhythm of nature…

Because life can’t always be about doing more.

You can absolutely love your work and still need a little pause.

So this autumn, I’m making space for the things life hasn’t quite had time for:

Little breaks away.
Coffee when there’s nowhere I need to be.
Reading my book.
Watching a sunset.
Rolling out my yoga mat just for me.

Nothing productive.

Nowhere to rush to.

Just time to be 🍂

There’s still lots to look forward to this autumn - beautiful hen party bookings, gorgeous countryside venues & my Candlelit Relaxation Evenings at the Garden Studio. 🕯️

With November & December already looking very full, I’m going to use this little pocket of autumn intentionally - to slow down and make space for life alongside the work.

There’s still plenty of space in my diary for beautiful things this autumn - both in my life & my work. 🍁

And I’m very much looking forward to seeing what the season brings. ✨

We’re so used to always doing something…

Getting up early.
Going to work.
Being there for the kids.
Keeping on top of everything.
Fitting in the gym.
Seeing people.
Answering messages.
Checking in on your parents.
Food shopping.
Cleaning the house.
Appointments.
Sorting things for everyone else.
Planning the next thing…

And even when we finally get a bit of time to ourselves, how often do we actually stop?

Properly stop.

Not scroll.
Not catch up on jobs.
Not feel guilty for sitting down.

Just breathe and be.

And perhaps that’s one of the things I love most about yoga.

It gives us permission to pause.

You don’t always need to push yourself, motivate yourself or find another thing to achieve.

Sometimes you just need to breathe.

To move slowly.

To let your mind quieten.

And to notice what happens when you stop trying to fill every minute.

Because honestly, I think we all need a bit more of that. 🙏🏻

It’s exactly the feeling I try to create in my relaxation evenings and why I’m so looking forward to our cosy candlelit evenings in the heated garden studio.

Two hours to slow down, switch off and simply be.

And if you’ve been waiting for space to slow down…

This is it ✨

September - both dates fully booked
October - last 2 spaces
November/December - will be announced soon

24/08/2026

🍂 AUTUMNAL SLOW DOWN - LAST 2 SPACES 🍂

Both of my September Relaxation Evenings are now completely SOLD OUT… 🥹🤎

So, as we settle into autumn, it felt like the perfect time to create something a little special for October.

Because sometimes we don’t realise just how much we’re carrying until we finally stop.

The busy mind.
The constant rushing.
The list of things that need doing.
The feeling that there’s always someone or something needing your attention.

And perhaps what you really need isn’t another thing to achieve…

…but two hours where you don’t have to achieve anything at all.

Just space to breathe.
Space to soften.
Space to properly rest.

🍂 Autumnal Slow Down is a cosy two hour candlelit evening designed to help you step away from the noise of everyday life and settle into a slower, softer rhythm.

We’ll move gently through:

🕯️ Restful Yin Yoga
🌬️ Soft, calming breathwork
✨ Guided meditation
🌿 A soothing aromatherapy experience during deep Savasana
🍂 Plus a little fruit tea to take home

You don’t need to be flexible.
You don’t need to be experienced.
And you certainly don’t need to arrive feeling calm.

Just come as you are.

Leave feeling a little lighter, a little quieter and hopefully reminded that rest isn’t something you have to earn.

Wednesday 7th October | 7:30–9:30pm
📍 Garden Studio, Heaton Chapel
👥 Maximum 8 spaces
🌟 £22 per person

A cosy autumn evening with a few extra touches to make this one feel especially nurturing.

If your body and mind have been asking you to slow down lately, simply message me AUTUMN & I’ll be in touch to secure your space 💌✨

I know we’re often taught to push ourselves.

Go a little deeper.
Hold it a little longer.
Don’t come out until everyone else does.

And somewhere along the way, yoga can start to feel like another thing we have to be good at.

But I don’t believe you need to push through your yoga practice to benefit from it.

There is a difference between challenge and overriding your body.

A pose can feel unfamiliar.
You might notice resistance.
You might experience a healthy level of intensity.

That’s part of exploring your body.

But pain, sharpness, strain or the feeling that you are forcing yourself somewhere your body isn’t ready to go?

That’s different.

And learning to recognise that difference is part of the practice.

Because how often do we do the same thing outside of yoga?

We’re tired, but carry on.

We’re overwhelmed, but add something else to the list.

We’re stressed, but tell ourselves we’ll rest later.

We’re uncomfortable, but push through because we feel like we should.

Then we come onto our yoga mat and do exactly the same thing.

For me, yoga is an opportunity to practice something different.

To notice rather than automatically push.

To listen rather than override.

To ask, “What do I actually need today?”

Sometimes that might mean staying with the pose.

Sometimes it might mean backing off.

Sometimes it might mean coming out altogether.

And none of those choices make your practice more or less worthy.

With me, I don’t want you worrying about whether you’re doing the “full” version of a pose or whether you’re flexible enough.

I’d much rather you learn to understand your own body.

Because listening to yourself isn’t giving up.

It’s part of the practice.

And perhaps that’s one of the most useful things yoga can teach us - that we don’t always have to push harder to move forward ✨
