Very impressed with everyoneβs efforts last night. Hope your not all too sore this morning !! We worked hard !!! πͺπͺπͺ
Fab session last Friday:
Only one of us could climb the rope π±π³π₯΄
But we all had fun learning handstand full twist.
Friday was all about learning how to do a front somersault. Some of us had never done one before, others hadnβt done one in over 30 years. Was fun either way ! Well done guys for giving it ago.

Hi Everyone,
As you are all aware we have some difficult decisions and worrying months ahead.
With deep regret we are going to temporarily suspend the Adult class until further notice. This is a tough decision, but it is no longer a business matter. It is now our moral duty to help prevent the spread of Covid-19, to reduce the pressures on the NHS and ultimately protect lives.
We hope you all stay in good health and thank you for your support and we will definitely see you soon.
In the meantime please feel free to post any training pics, footage and anecdotes!
