Recipe of the Week: Chicken & Tzatziki Wraps 🍗🥒

Quick, fresh, and packed with lean protein — these Chicken & Tzatziki Wraps are a meal prep essential 💪🔥

Ready in just 15 minutes, they’re perfect for busy weekdays, post-workout fuel, or healthy lunches on the go 🕒

Why Meal Prep Matters:

🥗 What You’ll Need:

1 cucumber
250g Greek yogurt
500g chicken breast
2 tbsp olive oil
4 wholemeal wraps
4 large ripe tomatoes
🔪 Simple Instructions:
1️⃣ Mix grated cucumber with yogurt for the tzatziki, season & set aside. Season chicken, cook until golden.
2️⃣ Warm wraps, spread tzatziki, top with chicken, tomatoes & cucumber. Roll & enjoy!

Group personal training sessions!
Fancy getting fit and active, but don’t like the thought of a solo gym or personal training session? Then we have just the thing for you – small GROUP PT sessions!
Come and train with either friends of your choosing or like-minded people at our gym here in Glossop.
Group PT sessions will consist of two group sessions per week. The groups will be a minimum of 3 people, with a maximum of 5.
As you will be training as a group of friends, we can be flexible and negotiate your preferred days and times.
Prices
£450 for x10 sessions – split between up to 5 of you, so £90 per person for x10 sessions, which works out at as little as £9 each per session!

*Corporate / business offers available, depending on the amount of staff bookings.
