Can we all just appreciate how amazing Jo has done in her first month with me π₯Ίπ. She has been constantly on track every single day and every single session, she has lost 10 whole centimetres off her waist! And this is just the beginning! She also managed her first ever bridge now she is getting so much stronger π. Keep killing it Queen π

Always my least favourite post but I am currently at full capacity with my face to face personal training sessions which means I am unable to take on any new clients π’. I wish there was more hours in the day so I could help more of you π

Just wanna say the BIGGEST shout out to this beauty who I literally cannot give enough credit to, she has been doing online coaching with me for 4 months now and has shown nothing but dedication every single week. 5.30am gym sessions, weekly check ins, making sure every session is completed to her best capability. What keeps you accountable?
For me itβs checking in on how my training is going every week, I NEED this so I donβt slide. I always beat myself up thinking I can do better so every week I need to show myself I AM better than I was the week before. Everything I do, my workouts, my food, setting time for mindfulness is tracked. Do I stick every single day? Absolutely not. Am I hitting overall targets? YES. And thatβs all that matters πͺπΌπππΌ

What does being βbikini readyβ mean to you?
For me itβs feeling good in my own skin. Do I constantly feel good? Absolutely not! BUT my goals are never mainly focused on what I want to look like, theyβre focused on what I want to achieve and this is SO important in keeping a healthy mindset and honestly keeping your training fun, the rest will follow π
