Crossfit PRL is one of the largest and well equipped Crossfit Gyms in Stockport.

We run group fitness classes for all members of the public regardless of their fitness abilities.

We’ve got a new face joining the gym.

Ollie will be working out of our space as a PT, so you’ll see him around.

Here’s a bit about him in his own words:

“I’m a strength & conditioning coach specialising in Olympic weightlifting, focused on helping people build strength, improve technique and move better. I work with all levels and just want to help you get more out of your training.

I got into coaching because I genuinely love helping people improve and feel more confident. Training has been so valuable to me and I want to help others experience that too — whether that’s getting stronger, improving technique or just feeling more comfortable in the gym.

Outside of the gym, I’m usually hiking or cycling in the Lake District with friends and family.

Favourite film has to be The Lord of the Rings, and music-wise I’m going with Bruce Springsteen.”
