Join our Zumba Toning class every Tuesday at 7:30pm in the Grand Central Studio! Using lightweight Toning Sticks (or light dumbbells), you’ll dance to exciting Latin rhythms while sculpting your arms, core, and lower body. Improve your balance, coordination, and fitness—all while enjoying the party atmosphere that makes Zumba so popular!

Led by our fantastic instructor Emily, expect a playlist packed with Latin hits alongside favourites from ABBA, Pitbull, and Ed Sheeran.
Come dance, tone, and have fun with us! 💪✨

Well that’s my Friday Zumba dancing all wrapped up !!! Feels like the end of an era as I’ve been dancing Fridays for years!!! But time to embrace the timetable changes. 📆
Guess it’ll be Feet Up Fridays instead… well as much as my 3 year old will allow !! 💃😁

WHAT A PARTY SEND OFF ON FRIDAY!!
After 6 yrs teaching Zumba at Grand Central it’s come an end. 😢
End of an era really as I used to attend the class myself before I lead it. Be strange to be home Friday evenings !!
My lovely Friday friends surprised me with some fabulous flowers and choc treats 💐💝
I’ve been truly humbled by their relentless determination and endless emails. Thanks to them it’s not Goodbye at Grand Central… watch this space…..
