We’re very excited to be welcoming two giants of crime fiction - Erin Kelly and Abir Mukherjee - to Romiley on Tuesday 29th September to celebrate the release of their latest novels The Night Stairs and The Pinnacle. Taking us from the gothic shadows of a prestigious English Catholic boarding school, to the rarified heights of one of India’s tallest and most prestigious high-rises, these gripping new thrillers showcase two incredible writers at the peak of their talents.
Tickets are £6.00 each, £16.99 including a copy of The Night Stairs or The Pinnacle, or £32 for a ticket and a copy of both books (saving you £1.98 off the RRP) Light refreshments are included in the ticket price.
Event starts at 6:30pm (doors at 6pm)

Saturday Storytime in our Romiley bookshop is always so sweet! Our wonderful volunteer Julie will be reading stories and singing songs from 11am this Saturday 29th, so many favourite characters and meet new friends too. Aimed at 0-5 years but all are very welcome!

Kylie Minogue is one of the world’s most successful pop stars, and in his new book, Can’t Get You Out of My Head, music journalist Michael Cragg takes us on a hugely entertaining journey from her early days on Ramsey Street to her current status as global icon. We’re thrilled to be welcoming Michael to Manchester Central Library on Tuesday 6th October when he’ll be chatting to journalist and writer Paul Flynn about all things Kylie! The talk will be followed by an audience Q&A and booksigning.
