I love practices such as meditation, mindfulness, breath work they have helped me with depression, anxiety, stress and just keeping going with life!
I'm offering free trial sessions this January, which include..

Deep rest - Depressed
I heard this today, and thought wow!
Depressed feelings are there for a purpose , to call us to rest. To allow ourselves to switch off, restore, fill up our own cups.
In a world where achievement and doing are what are applauded, we can often feel guilty or shameful for relaxing , doing nothing or putting ourselves first. But there needs to be balance.
Masculine energy - do , achieve, strive, power through, structure,
Feminine energy - be, rest, attract, use intuition, flow with life and with the unknown
We need both as men and women.
This Is the most feminine time of the year, if we're not surrendering into the feminine energies it's going to 'send us under' perhaps make us feel depressed, anxious, overwhelmed or physically ill.
