Opening This Saturday

Baxter Park Bowling and Community Club is a local crown green bowling club located on the Baxter Park housing estate in Gatley, Stockport.
We offer crown green bowling in a social, rather than league based, competitive setting, with regular internal events, competitions and social days being held throughout the season.
The importance of our club to the community cannot be overestimated, as it enables our members to meet new people, have fun and remain active. New members shall be warmly welcomed. No experience required

Preparations are well underway to re-open the bowling green on Saturday 28th March 13:30 onwards. Annual subscriptions for 2026 are:
Full Adult Playing Member - £50
Junior Bowling Playing Member - 50% of Full Adult Playing Member
Friend of the Green - £25

Happy New Year, I'm pleased to let you know that, once again, we will be holding our special Annual Dinner (Lunch) at the Stanneylands Hotel (address: Stanneylands Road, Wilmslow, SK9 4EY) All thanks go to Barry for arranging this with the hotel and especially for arranging a private dining room for us.
