What could your life look like just a few months from now?
By joining our September franchisee cohort, you'll spend the autumn building the foundations of your On Broadway® Dance Fitness business with our support.

Over the coming months you'll work through your onboarding, training and business setup alongside other franchisees.

Then, in January 2027 - when thousands of women are looking for a fun, welcoming way to get fit - you'll be ready to launch your very first On Broadway® Dance Fitness classes.

No rushing or feeling like you have to figure it all out on your own.

Just a clear roadmap, ongoing coaching, and a supportive community helping you every step of the way.

I did a thing!! 🎉

Well this is a bit exciting… I’m officially a Certified Business Strategist! 🎉

I’ve been doing the Certified Business Strategist qualification with Stacey Cann | The Franchise Strategist and I found out today that I PASSED! 🙌

I originally decided to do the qualification because, as On Broadway Dance Fitness has grown into a franchise, such a huge part of my role now is about business strategy and supporting our franchisees to build successful, sustainable businesses of their own.

I’ve obviously learnt A LOT over the years from building my own businesses. Some things have worked brilliantly, some haven’t 😂 and there’s been plenty of learning, changing, tweaking and figuring things out along the way!

But I really wanted to back up all that practical experience with some more formal learning and continue developing my own skills too.

We’ve covered everything from business strategy and planning to SWOT and PESTLE, people, processes, growth and scaling… and I’ve genuinely really enjoyed it.

It’s also made me look at my own businesses with fresh eyes and question a few things along the way, which I think is always a good thing!

So yep… another qualification to add to the collection! 🤣

But the bit I’m most excited about is being able to take what I’ve learnt and use it to give even more support to our On Broadway® Dance Fitness franchisees as they build and grow their own businesses.

For yourself, not by yourself.

Who knew business strategy and jazz hands would go so well together?! ✨
