Big part of our gym is our community!
We all love to train hard and stay consistent but we also love some good football banter throughout the season!

It’s fair to say I’ve (Jon) made the enjoyed these past 24-48 hours.
Thanks for putting up with me.
But what I’ve also loved seeing is our groups become friends, socialise and support each other in the gym.
