We have been working on Becky's confidence of proactive head movement recently, and this is a great drill to promote keeping the head off the centre line when doing bagwork.

Here we are steadily working on encouraging Becky to feel comfortable moving the feet and head to stay off the centre line and open up new angles.

Its about drilling active, rather than defensive movement.
