First lesson later today in our new home! After over 20 years in Bramhall (and a few weeks at Avondale!) The class is relocating to Poynton and today's session will be at our new venue, the 1st Poynton Scout Hut - exciting times!

Really proud of Azhaan and Jacob who passed their Shodan black belt gradings at the weekend. Both boys have trained exceptionally hard over the past few months and are well deserving of the accolade. They are a credit to the class. Well done both!

Really proud of our students and their families today. From a combination of donations and the proceeds from the Fun Day last week we managed to raise in the region of £150 for Gatley Food Bank at Bethany Church in Gatley. We just dropped off 14 bags full of food and hopefully this small gesture will help the community in what will most likely be a difficult winter for a lot of people

The Fun Day went really well yesterday and everyone seemed to have a great time! Congratulations to all the students and, in particular, Azhaarn and Jacob who won the kata and kumite events respectively. Special mention to Isabelle who narrowly finished as runner up in both categories

Well done to Alice and Tristan who top scored at last week's grading in achieving their yellow belts! A really good effort by all students especially in impeccably observing 2 minutes' silence as part of Remberance Sunday partway through the session!
