Important Update: Advance Payment Required for All Lessons and Activities

Due to an increasing number of bookings where clients have failed to attend without notice, we have unfortunately had to revise our booking policy.

With immediate effect, all riding lessons and activities must be paid for at the time of booking. Cash payments are still accepted; however, payment must be made in advance.

To align with our cancellation policy, all bookings must be paid for no later than 48 hours before the scheduled lesson or activity. If payment has not been received within this timeframe, the booking will be cancelled and the time slot will be made available for other clients.

We have previously offered the option to pay on the day of the lesson, but unfortunately the number of non-attendances has made it necessary for us to move to an advance payment system.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation as we implement this change, which will help us manage bookings more effectively and ensure fair access to lessons and activities for all clients.
