14 YEARS AGO!

I was going through some old YouTube training footage the other day..

And I came across some of this Prowler stuff we used to do out the back of the original Sweat Shed.

These ‘Hybrid Athletes’ today don’t know how lucky they are…

Every gym didn’t have Astro turf…

And we didn’t have these sleds with super high bars on to basically just lean on…

No we actually had to do a bit of graft…

And then we actively looked for ways to make it harder, not easier…

So we pushed the low handles or sometimes even the bottom bar of the sled frame…

And we pushed outside on concrete…

You had to wear rock climbing shoes some days just to get the bu**er to move…

I love going through all my old footage…

The fitness game’s gone these days… but these clips remind me of the good old days 🖤
