Wow. What a day Sunday was
Another epic day of celebrating fitness with a brilliant Deka Mile event.
Lots of incredible times and performances. Special mentions to Lea for taking 5 minutes off his time from last year, Jack for the days fastest time at 21 minutes and to Barney, who at 10 years old, completed his first event with his Mum and absoloutely smashed it
So many people to thank for making the day happen. From setting up gazebos in the rain, judging the events, welcoming people and checking them in, blowing leaves off the course, moving equipment from the 3rd floor to outside and so much more
These days simply dont happen without your support, energy, friendliness and enthusiasm
So a huge thank you to Cerys, Lee, Ben, Karl, Mehreen, Lauren, Erica, Shivon, Johnny, Pauline, Matt, Gill, Adam, Lea and of course Carl, who took on a whole new level of responsibility when he put that high -vis jacket on.
